Front Man counts the returns: 187 of 201
In the control room the masked boss notes a 93 percent re-entrance rate and orders a watch kept on the players who stayed away.
Lunchbox memories and a list of childhood games
Over cold lunch boxes Gi-hun and Il-nam reminisce about briquette stoves, then rattle off every old kids' game Ali has never heard of.

Locked in after curfew, Mi-nyeo screams at the masked guards until they escort her to the toilet, and Sae-byeok quietly tags along.

Il-nam asks for chocolate milk and guesses Gi-hun was spanked as a boy; across the table Sang-woo hands Ali his meal and Gi-hun follows suit.
The giant playground and four shapes on the wall
Players enter an oversized playground and are told to pick circle, triangle, star or umbrella; Sae-byeok tells Deok-su the workers were heating sugar.

With no idea what the game is, Sang-woo argues the team should split across the shapes; Ali and Gi-hun vouch for the SNU prodigy.

Ali takes the circle he calls Dayira, Gi-hun picks the umbrella for a childhood memory, and Sang-woo stops short of saying what he wanted to.
The second game is revealed: sugar honeycombs
Tins are opened to show honeycomb candy; the rules give ten minutes to cut out the chosen shape without cracking it, and Gi-hun knows he is done for.

Minutes from elimination, Gi-hun realises the thin outline will melt first and licks the honeycomb from the back until Player 456 passes.
